Phase I: Discovery
To initiate the Full Service Design process, we will schedule a brief discovery call to discuss general project scope and your preferences, ensuring that Stanton Home Design is the right fit for your needs. Once the scope is defined, we will arrange an in-person consultation to explore potential design directions and refine the project details, allowing us to provide a design fee estimate.
Phase II: Design Discovery
Prior to the design phase, we will send you a questionnaire to consolidate your preferences, dislikes, and project requirements into a single document. This information will facilitate our Design Discovery meeting, during which we will review the overall design direction, including color palettes and potential selections for the project based on your questionnaire responses.
Phase III: Design
Following the Discovery meeting, we will begin the development of the “Final Design Boards,” incorporating the feedback gathered during previous discussion. Once the design boards are finalized, we will schedule an in-person presentation. This session will include a comprehensive review of 3D renderings, paint samples, fabric swatches, and other essential materials to show a thorough visualization of the design.
Phase IIII: Implementation
Once we have reviewed the “Final Design Boards” and made any necessary adjustments we proceed to the implementation phase. In this phase, we will produce elevation drawings and all essential documents for the contractor or tradesperson. Once these elements are finalized, we will seamlessly transition the exciting process of bringing the completed space to life.
